Elly is primarily known for unique clay work that is inspired by the Pembrokeshire coast and its marine habitats ... from strand-lines along the shore and rock pools, to life under the water.  Each piece of work is hand built and smoke fired, imbued with the completely individual character and smoky spirit of the firing process.  Beachcombed materials are an integral part of some of her creations.
