Art tutor in watercolours, drawing and sketching

Claudia’s colourful watercolours are inspired by coastal scenes and landscapes, from cartoon-style harbour scenes to portraits of traditional sailing boats and semi-abstract seascapes featuring quotations about the sea. 

Over the last five years, Claudia has also written and illustrated a series of children’s books commissioned by the Royal Yachting Association.  She is also a regular cartoonist for several yachting magazines and other clients.

Claudia produces a range of contemporary and colourful greetings cards, prints and gifts, all with a nautical or coastal theme.  To take her designs into new areas, she teamed up with jeweller Phillipa Lawrence to produce a range of seascape earrings and pendants.  She believes that art should be everywhere – not just on the walls!

As a watercolour tutor, Claudia runs two lively classes at Haverfordwest Community Centre and is also available for one-to-one or small-group tuition on request.
