Twr y Felin, a former windmill, is Wales’ first contemporary art hotel, located in Britain’s smallest city, St Davids. Meticulously restored and extended, featuring modern design throughout, the hotel is now home to 21 bedrooms and Oriel Lounge, a dedicated gallery space.
The permanent art collection includes the work of 21 Welsh, British and International artists, twelve of which were specially commissioned to create works inspired by the spectacular landscape of the St Davids Peninsula and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Urban artists Harry Adams, Mr Jago, Pure Evil and Remi Rough feature inside, whilst outside the gardens are enhanced by a sculpture garden of bespoke ‘Monoliths’ created by local ceramist, Adam Buick.
